چکیده
Fixed drug eruption (FDE) repeats in the same sites and lesions increase by repetitive exposure to causative drug. Although FDE is regarded be mediated skin resident memory T cells (TRM), which are sessile do not recirculate from skin, clinical characteristics of cannot fully explained known functions TRM human. In order elucidate contribution manifestation, isolated total five recurrent four cured subjects, seven controls surgical discards were analyzed for expression cell-surface molecules representing phenotypes central (TCM) flow cytometry. Then, turned out enriched with bearing mixed phenotype TCM cytotoxic CD49a (% CD8: 22.54 ± 10.59 % FDE, 1.14 1.21 2.70 2.91 control, p < 0.05 between FDE; 94.51 4.52 84.99 4.29 52.74 25.57 control). two lesional CD49a+ TRM, CD49a- CCR7+ TCM, blood effector commonality T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire high-throughput sequencing analysis. Actively proliferating shared TCR repertoire, 23 clones overlapped 186 193 1, 400 269 2. However, these common found fraction both subjects. Our results thus imply differentiation direction human, this plasticity may explain expanding disease nature FDE.

SnapShot: Resident Memory T Cells
Resident memory T cells (TRM) comprise a subset of nonrecirculating memory T cells that remain positioned at common portals of reinfection. These include barrier tissues such as the mucosae and skin. TRM orchestrate the initial response to pathogens re-encountered at these locales, thereby accelerating protective immune responses.
متن کاملA Rare Case of Fixed Drug Eruption due to Ondansetron
AbstractFixed drug eruption (FDE) is a unique type of cutaneous drug reaction that typically recurs in the identical locations on re-exposure to the attributed drug. FDE is characterized by the appearance of a single or multiple sharply demarcated violaceous erythematous plaques which heal with residual hyperpigmentation. A 27-year-old woman presented with multiple dark patches over her eyelids...
متن کاملNimesulide-induced fixed drug eruption.
BACKGROUND Nimesulide is a cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitor with a high degree of selectivity to COX-2. It is a widely used and well tolerated nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug that also has analgesic and antipyretic properties. The most frequently reported side effects concern the gastrointestinal tract. Pruritus and skin rash are the most common cutaneous adverse reactions. There are only eigh...
